Men's Reproduction Revolutionary War Era Breeches - Colonial Breeches

Decent quality. Very responsibly priced. They meet my needs as I portray Pennsylvania's Indian (Mohawk) Ambassador and founder of Berks County, Pennsyylvania - Conrad Weiser. 2027 is the 275th Anniversary of the County of Berks. I will be Conrad Weiser for all of the planned events.

Great fit

I followed the advice and ordered a size smaller (44 cf 46 widest belly) - and they are a perfect fit! The size smaller allows you to use the laces at the back to adjust to the perfect fit . . .. Well made material - have washed them once and no discernable shrinkage or any other problems.

I wear a 34 Jeans and had to send back a 36 to get a 38. Now that the correct size, the fit great. My only wish is that the buttons were not as rough as the are. almost burs on them. I can see them damaging the fabric in short order unless I file them all down.

These Colonial period breeches are well made and priced well. My usual pant size is 34. For high waisted trousers such as these breeches I routinely add 2 inches. I ordered size 36 and they fit prefect. Very pleased with my purchase.

Amazing pair of Breeches. They should probably include extra buttons as the pewter can be fragile. Would buy another pair during the off season. They fit nicely once I washed them and dried them. Went through a couple washes prior to getting a perfect fit. Hope to get the Linen variants, one they are back in stock in my size.

Don't let the low price fool you, these are top quality. You could use the as daily wear and they'd be fine.

These are to supplement the trousers I got earlier. Now just need a brown pair of trousers.

The title says it all!

These are very good quality breeches. To choose your correct size, measure around your body at your navel. That is where the waist of the breeches will ride. They have an adjustment string in the back that allows for several inches of adjustment. I found that the tightest adjustment is the stated size of the breeches. I measured 32" at my navel and ordered size 32. I have to completely tighten them. They work, but I think I could have ordered the size 30 and had a better fit. I definitely recommend them!

Construction is good and so is color. A sizing chart would be nice, since the fitting is different from new pants today.

Received my breeches in only a few days after ordering. Fantastic fit and quality breeches for the price! Buttons seem to be sturdy to endure the fashion of activity that I will have to use them in for re-enactment purposes.
