Look brand new and I’m eager to use them but they do not fit the boots I have which are not military grade. It’s been awhile since I owned a pair but I thought, I my mind, these would work for the bot I do have and I was wrong, not enough eyelet. My mistake only.
Correct amount of eyelets do matter!

The boots are much easier to put on when I was in the Air Force 60 years ago, we were on alert status overseas. That meant we could be called any time of the day or night to report to our duty station. I had the same zippers in my combat boots, and it was so much easier to put my boots on quick.

Never tried these before but

Could be a good answer to the side zip boots and the accompanying catastrophic failure mode - you could always go back to lace tying.

The quality looks pretty good.

Product is good. Would have like to have instructions on lacing them in the boots. I had to look that up.
