British Commando Sweater Woolly Pully CREW Neck - Various Colors

First off I would like to say that their customer service is outstanding. I was having some trouble with sizing and I emailed them to ask for a recommendation and was quickly contacted back I'm 6' 200 lbs. (183 cm. 91 kg.) With a chest that's 46 in. You definitely need to consider sizing up one or two sizes I thought I might need a xxl or a xxxl I wanted a looser fit and was told that the xxxl may be the way to go and if it didn't just to send it back for a exchange for free witch I vary much appreciate. The sweater fits perfectly the way I had envisioned it "snug" but not to tight, the quality and attention to detail is next to none and I couldn't be happier I will happily be doing more business here in the future.

Perfect replacement for one I bought in London 25 yrs ago. Exactly as described complete with cuffs. I have a 38" chest so ordered the Large. It is a snug fit but as I like it. I could only find one comparable competing product but it lacked the cuffs and was made in CHINA! I returned it.

I have a few "commando" style sweaters from various manufacturers. Early in my military career (23 years), I had a military issue sweater similar to these sweaters. I loved wearing that G.I. sweater. These British Commando Woolly Pully crew neck sweaters are right up there at the top as far as quality. For size comparison, I am 6'4", 44"/45" chest, 38"/40" waist, 205#-210# and 37" sleeve length. Size 2XL fits me perfectly. These sweaters are definitely form fitting. Size XL would have been too snug for me. One good thing about a sweater is that they stretch. I believe I could have actually gotten by with a 3XL, however, I have a slim to medium (more medium) build and went with the 2XL. I'm glad I did. If you have similar measurements as mine but a bit portly with muscular arms, you may want to go with a 3XL. I believe these sweaters were manufactured to look and be form fitting (military). I am not bothered with any itch, however, I do wear a 150 weight quarter zip merino wool pullover underneath. That combination of merino wool next to my skin and this sweater keeps me plenty warm here in CO at 8,500' elevation. I purchased the Navy Blue and Olive Drab. They look great and the workmanship is superior in every sense of the word. Now that I know my size and how they fit, I will order the Dark Gray and Derby Tweed as well. I am extremely pleased with my purchase. It's a great sweater. Customer Service was great and shipping was fast.

As my title says it's a phenomenal quality of thick, 100% British wool that is durable and even color. I wish I could give half stars because it should be 4.5 not 4 because it is insanely itchy/scratchy and I'm not allergic to wool. So once I go through the process of softening up the wool or get a good undershirt for it I'll be good to go.

An excellent choice for a great look and warmth. This commando sweater is functional and good looking. This particular brand is the best that I have ever worn.
